We are proud to announce that our firm has recently assisted in the first of its kind Mediation in the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry, further to a direct appointment of the Nigerian DPR. Nigeria established earlier this year its first ADR Center, which is charged with the resolution of Oil & Gas related disputes. Ke Field OML 55, has been the pivotal case and we are particularly pleased that a complex and ageing fall-out between legacy stakeholders has been successfully resolved after almost 4 months of mediation, on August 30, 2021, through the execution of the Mediation Agreement. This first involvement of our firm in the Nigerian ADR environment has filled us with the required ambition and plenty of hope that similar future disputes in the Nigerian Oil & Gas domain will be able to benefit from the standards adopted in our approach and the principles applied.

We are proud to announce that one of our most prestigious clients G&K Yachting in Greece has joined forces with the Internationally renowned yachting group Aquera headed out of Luxembourg. This union of forces shall enable our clients to enhance their footprint in the global yachting market and become part of a larger structure of relevant players. Our office had the honour of working intensively on the future structure of this union and participated in the design and implementation of all legal work required to this effect. Moreover, we were presented with the opportunity to assist the Aquera Group with upcoming acquisitions in various other countries. Acquera was eventually rebranded to become Evolution Yachting.

"Out There Media" is a media outlet specialising in digital advertising. The company has a global outreach and is rapidly expanding into new markets in Europe and Africa.
